Account Management

To reset your Paymentgate password:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click "Forgot Password?"
  3. Enter your registered email address
  4. Check your email for the reset link (valid for 24 hours)
  5. Create a new strong password
  6. Log in with your new password

For security reasons, password reset links expire after 24 hours. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

Yes! Professional and Enterprise plans support team management:

  5. Confirm closure via email verification

We'll keep your data for 90 days after closure in case you change your mind. After that, all data is permanently deleted in compliance with privacy regulations.
